Supply Chain Coordinator – German speaking



Full Time, Monday to Friday, office hours

A German-speaking Supply Chain Coordinator is required for Hunters’ client, a global creative distributor. The Supply Chain Coordinator provides support for the sales team and co-ordinates the order processing activities from start to finish for the EU and Export market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders using company EAP systems
  • Assist in completing vendor item set up forms/spec sheets for customers
  • Arranging the sample shipments for Key Account selection
  • Updating customer records in Navision, raising sales orders and invoices as appropriate
  • Liaise with customers where required on order placement and delivery procedures and progress updates on their orders including delays

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent German language, spoken and written
  • ERP system knowledge (Microsoft Navision preferred) – Intermediate level
  • Excel – Intermediate level
  • Analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Supply Chain procedures
