£25,000–£30,000 basic + £12,000–£15,000 commission
35-hour week • Early lunchtime Friday finish
Hunters are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious IT engineering client seeking two experienced Technical Sales Engineers to support continued business growth. This role blends technical knowledge with consultative sales, ideal for professionals who enjoy solving problems and building long-term client relationships.
Technical Sales Engineer The Role:
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and tailored solutions to customers
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercial value
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Act as the link between technical and commercial teams
Technical Sales Engineer About You:
- Background in technical sales within engineering, IT, networking or manufacturing
- Confident explaining complex solutions to non-technical audiences
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, proactive and commercially aware
- Technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Technical Sales Engineer What’s on Offer:
- £25k–£30k basic + uncapped commission (£12k–£15k OTE uplift)
- 4.5-day working week (Friday afternoons off)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
