Worthing – office and field based – 60% office and 40% on the road split, use of pool van

An office/field -based Telecoms (preferred) or IT support technician is required for Hunters’ busy technology client.

FT Mon – Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm

Technical Support – job

  • Support and maintain, hosted telephony, LAN/WAN equipment
  • Design, install, test and maintenance of CAT5e, CAT6, and Cw1308 cable schemes
  • Provide support on connectivity including PSTN, ISDN, SIP, ADSL, FTTC and Leased Lines
  • Installation/Configuration and fault finding of SIP services
  • Configuration and Maintenance for broadband routers
  • Providing Telephone/Remote and On-Site support for customer devices and related software, network servers, and storage

Technical Support – person

  • Manual driving licence
  • Skills in telecoms/IT software and hardware support

Technical Support – extra

  • Holiday: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holiday days Loyalty Days: 1 day after first full year, 2 days after 2nd full year, 2 days after 5th full year
