An Operations Administrator to be the main gatekeeper for new energy supply customers is required for Hunters’ client, a leading energy company.  You will be passionate about renewable, green energy, and very much a team player who is keen to make a difference to the local community.

FT Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.00 – hybrid, 2 days in office

Operations Administrator – the job

  • Validate paper contracts which are submitted via the sales portal;
  • Take phone calls from brokers and customers, dealing with a range of enquiries;
  • Answer emails in our online system;
  • Investigate sign up issues and overcome registration issues

Operations Administrator – the fit

  • Preferably has knowledge about the energy sector;
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer contact environment;
  • Accuracy on written communication, spelling, grammar;
  • Confident and able to objection handle;
  • Professional on the phone, but with the “human touch”
