An opportunity has arisen for a PQE Private Client Solicitor for Hunters’ client, a leading law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the Private Client team. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the leads in the team.
The ongoing training and support provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. You will have the opportunity to expand your legal knowledge in this area and develop, gaining invaluable experience.
The Private Client Solicitor role will include drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust, dealing with Trust administration and the administration of estates as well as providing tax planning advice to a range of clients.
There will be plenty of scope for client contact.
The role is hybrid but candidates must live in the South-East as travel to clients in their homes may be required.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
