Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 – 1 hr lunch break. There may be a requirement to work later than this on some occasions depending on level of work.
A property manager is required for Hunters’ leading estate management client to look after a portfolio of residential & mixed-use blocks and estates on behalf of Freehold clients located along the South Coast of England.
Property Manager – the job
- Provide an efficient and effective service to landlords and long leaseholders, including contractual and financial management
- Develop and maintain a culture of good public relations and customer care.
- Attend monthly department meetings and weekly Property Manager meetings and present progress reports on a fortnightly basis.
- Prepare and issue service charge budgets to quarterly deadlines
Property Manager – the fit
- Property management experience
- A sound knowledge of various building construction forms and techniques for their repair and maintenance
- IRPM qualified or part qualified or prepared to take the IRPM examinations
- Driving license
