Sales Administrator
Hassocks – Driver/Cyclist required as not accessible by public transport
Up to £21,500
Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm
A Sales Administrator role is available with Hunter’s client, a prestigious global aircraft component specialist. The Sales Administrator will work alongside the Sales Team providing high quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct accordingly
- Understand different customer cultures and ways of trading
- Provide support to Management, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
- Update IT system with information as required
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments as required
Skills & Experience:
- Preferably previous working experience in an administrative role beneficial
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Good problem solving ability with ability to use initiative and common sense
- Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
