A Sales Negotiator is required for Hunters’ fun, vibrant and rapidly expanding property client. The Sales Negotiator is an opportunity that will suit an experienced valuer/lister.
FT Perm Working Hours: M-F 8.45am – 6pm + every other Saturday with a day off in the week
Property Sales Consultant – the job
- Valuing properties, and providing a bespoke proposal to clients based on their need
- Capturing marketing materials and listing properties
- Handling enquiries and conducting viewings
- Collecting and negotiating offers
Property Sales Consultant – the fit
- An experienced valuer/lister, with experience in the property industry of at least 1 year
- Approachable, friendly and focused on providing great customer service
- Proactive and organised
- Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload
- Knowledgeable of the Brighton and Hove area beneficial
- In possession of a UK driving licence
