Are you a sous chef/Chef de Partie looking for a new role where you are not working into the wee hours of the night?
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to get back their work life balance.
You will be producing fresh, locally sourced dishes to around 40-50 covers a day. Higher covers during peak summer periods.
Sous Chef – About the role
- Prepare, cook and present locally sourced dishes
- Assist the head chef in day to day running of the kitchen
- Input into new menu ideas, tends and seasonal choices
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
Sous Chef – About you
- Previous experience within a fast paced kitchen environment (2 years)
- NVQ level 3 in food prep & food safety
- Great customer service
- Knowledge of controlling cost and wastage
