Supply Chain Administrator
Shoreham by Sea – office based – initial 6 month contract, with the intention to progress to permanent

A Supply Chain Administrator to process orders to UK and Europe is required for Hunters’ large, vibrant and creative-brand wholesale client.
Full Time – 37.5 hrs – Flexible start 7:30-9AM, 7.5 hour day
Supply Chain Administrator – the job
- Processing sales orders using company ERP systems.
- Completing vendor item set up forms/specification sheets for customers.
- Arranging the sample shipments for Key Account selection
- Updating customer records, processing sales orders and invoices as appropriate
- Liaise with customers on order placement and delivery procedures and progress updates on their orders including delays.
Supply Chain Administrator– the person
- Experience in using ERP systems.
- Word/Outlook/Office – Intermediate level
- Excel – Advanced.
- Knowledge/understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Knowledge of 3PL systems and warehousing
