A registered RICS valuer (Valuation Surveyor) is required for Hunters’ prestigious property management client. The surveyor carries out valuations for residential and commercial properties including developments and investment work.
Valuation Surveyor – graduate – the job
- Undertaking RICS Red book valuations for bank lending
- Providing asset management advice to our property management teams on more technical issues including, investment strategy, lease matters and building defects
- Undertaking rent review and lease renewal reports and negotiations for our tenant and landlord client base
Valuation Surveyor – graduate – the fit
- RICS Chartered Surveyor
- Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer experience
- Valuers with experience in either or both commercial and residential sectors
