Hassocks – Full-time, permanent
Monday – Friday 42.5 hours a week (Saturday work required on an ad hoc basis)

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled Warehouse / Goods Out Supervisor to join a vibrant team at a successful, independent business. This is your chance to become a pivotal part of a bustling warehouse environment, where your efforts directly influence the company’s success.
Day-to-day, you will oversee and refine the goods-out processes, ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of inter-branch transfers and customer deliveries. With your hands-on approach, you’ll work closely with the team, guiding and supervising activities that range from picking and packing to quality checks and vehicle loading. In the absence of the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take the helm, embodying leadership and ensuring seamless operations.
Your responsibilities will not only revolve around goods out; you’ll play a critical role in stock control, loss prevention, and team management. From controlling incoming and outgoing stock to orchestrating daily store top-ups and ensuring all security measures are in place, your days will be filled with variety and challenge.
