A Property Sales Consultant is required for Hunters’ fun, vibrant and rapidly expanding property client. The Property Sales Consultant is an opportunity that will suit an experienced valuer/lister who enjoys the team environment, socialising with the team on the annual trip abroad or at the beer fridge.
FT Perm – Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and willingness to cover ad-hoc appointments on occasional Saturdays as required
Property Sales Consultant – the job
- Sourcing new client opportunities, including cold calling
- Handling and converting leads produced by existing software’s and tools
- Valuing properties, and providing a bespoke proposal to clients based on their need
- Capturing marketing materials and listing properties
- Handling enquiries and conducting viewings
- Collecting and negotiating offers
Property Sales Consultant – the fit
- An experienced valuer/lister, with experience in the property industry
- Approachable, friendly and focused on providing great customer service
- Proactive and organised
- Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload
- Knowledgeable of the Brighton and Hove area
- In possession of a UK driving licence
