Do you want to work for a vibrant, modern and successful company offering a fantastic package including an annual holiday? Hunters’ prestigious property client has a rare opportunity for someone to join their thriving busy Business Development Team with or without property experience!

Parking permit (if using your own vehicle) for Brighton and Hove, individual quarterly and annual bonuses, uncapped commission, pension, trips aboard, social events.

Perm – FT – Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm, one evening calling session until 7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm

Business Development – the job

  • Targeted to generate new business, by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships and matching services to client’s needs
  • Establishing and cultivating positive client relationships
  • Generating new leads via various avenues, including prospecting campaigns, networking, cold calling, door knocking and database management.
  • Conducting valuations and client meetings

Business Development Requirements

  • Full, clean driver’s licence
  • Experienced in the property industry or have an active interest in the Brighton property market
  • Professional, friendly and approachable
  • Highly experienced in sales and performing against targets, with a proven track record
  • Able to positively engage, negotiate and close deals
  • Innovative, with your own ideas to maximise sales opportunities
