Property Manager The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of ~60 HMO properties
- Be the main contact for landlords and tenants
- Ensure full compliance, safety checks and legal standards
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and property improvements
- Carry out inspections and organise tenancy changeovers
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and partners
Property Manager About You:
- Experience in property management (HMO experience a bonus)
- Proactive, organised and great at problem-solving
- Friendly, confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a busy and varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
