A property manager is required for Hunters’ successful property client to look after a portfolio of rental properties as if they were your own.
Perm FT Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm (day off in lieu)
Property Manager – the job
- Managing a portfolio of around 60 HMOs
- The main point of contact within the portfolio
- Keeping accurate property records
- Ensuring our properties and landlords are compliant with legislation
- Coordinating repairs and property improvements

- Experienced in Property Management
- Approachable, friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service
- Proactive and organised
- Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload
- Knowledgeable of the Brighton area
- In possession of a UK driving licence
