£42,000 + bonus + car

An experienced Lettings Manager (or Senior Lettings Neg looking for promotion) is required for Hunters’ successful property client.  The Lettings Manager should be passionate about the service you deliver as our client aims to look after their landlord clients together as a team whilst maintaining excellent customer care.

Lettings Manager – the job

  • Responsible for the ‘front office’ team, looking after all the agreed lets
  • Running office meetings
  • Staff training and development
  • Responsible for driving the business forwards and gaining new properties and landlords

Lettings Manager – the fit

  • Be of smart appearance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and have good literacy skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An excellent communicator with inter-personal skills
  • Ideally you will already be ARLA qualified or working towards this

Hours of work: 8.45am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, Every other Saturday: 9-1pm

Holidays: 5 weeks
