It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Bailey McGrady leaves our employment today following a successful industry year before returning to Bournemouth University to complete his Sociology degree. To quote John Donne:
“As virtuous men pass mildly away,
And whisper to their souls to go,
Whilst some of their sad friends do say
The breath goes now, and some say, No:”
The poem is passionate farewell to his wife, so perhaps the sentiment is not quite so apt in terms of Bailey’s departure. However, there could well be “tear-floods” from some of the Hunters’ team as Bailey has made a tremendous contribution to recruitment as Hunters. Colleagues, clients and candidates have commented on Bailey’s helpfulness and affability: it is well known that he goes the extra mile in terms of living out the Hunters’ values of customer focus, honesty and integrity. We have no doubt that his experience with Hunters will stand him in good stead for his future career which we expect will be glittering.
